We came to him with quite a few listings that interested us and he set up every single one PLUS many more that he thought fit our description. After hardly any time, we put in an offer on a home that Jake had suggested we look at and by miracle (and Jake’s hard work, persistence, and patience) we were accepted! As first time home buyers, Jake made the process so simple and ensured we were comfortable at every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything and make sure we knew what we were agreeing to, signing etc. When a few questionable issues came up, Jake brought in experts to help us navigate the situation and encouraged us to understand absolutely everything we could about the home we were buying. There were zero surprises and the only sad part of the process was that we didn’t get to spend more time with him. He truly is a gem of human and agent and we’re sooooo lucky we found him!"
